Priorities
We analyse the macroeconomic and institutional conditions for development: fiscal and monetary regimes, industrial policy, labour markets, informality and inequality. We aim for concrete, costed proposals compatible with fiscal sustainability.
We track workers across twenty years of household surveys. Informality has ceased to be an entry stage into the labour market and become a stable condition for almost four in ten wage earners.
